Property investment No.8
Excited to share our latest property purchase that is going to be refurbished, refinanced and rented out as part of our long term plan.
A 3 bed terrace house in the North East purchased for £70,000. This property needs a full refurb including:
A full re-wire
New kitchen
New boiler
New internal doors
New flooring throughout
Re-plastering throughout
New bathroom
Window units replaced
